Eligibility: 1.1. To be eligible for a refund or return, the item(s) must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. 1.2. Custom-printed items are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged. Please refer to our Custom Printing section for more details.

Returns Process: 2.1. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization. 2.2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refund Process: 3.1. Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund. 3.2. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and will exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
